Nella Primavera Room
This room is painted and decorated in the pastel colours of spring. It overlooks Via Berignano, and from the window you can see as many as 5 of San Gimignano’s fantastic medieval towers.
This room has a private bathroom with a large shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.

A folding bed for a third person, at €20 per night, can be arranged. The third bed is only available for a minimum stay of 2 nights.

The owner is always available at check-in and check-out, and is also available to provide advice and details about cultural tours of the city and practical information for visiting nearby villages and cities and to suggest restaurants to enjoy good Tuscan cuisine.
You can go directly to the B&B in your vehicle and park for a maximum of 20 minutes for both check-in and check-out. The car must then be parked in one of the tourist car parks just outside the city walls.
To access the rooms on the first floor, there is a comfortable staircase shared with our neighbours as well as the B&B’s internal staircase. There is no elevator.

Cleaning and linen change are done every 2 days, unless otherwise requested. There is an extra €10 charge for daily cleaning.
The tourist tax €1.50 per person for each night from March 1 to October 31 which is not included and must be paid in cash (not applicable to children under the age of 12).
