Check in: between 3 and 7 p.m. (earlier or later check-in must be agreed upon with the owner at the time of booking). Call or send a message to +39 3345865623 at least 20 minutes before check in as the owner does not reside in the structure.

Check-out: no later than 10 a.m.

Breakfast time: 8:30 to 9:45 a.m.

The owner is always available at check-in and check-out, and is also available to provide advice and details about cultural tours of the city and practical information for visiting nearby villages and cities and to suggest restaurants to enjoy good Tuscan cuisine.

You can go directly to the B&B in your vehicle and park for a maximum of 20 minutes for both check-in and check-out. The car must then be parked in one of the tourist car parks just outside the city walls.
To access the rooms on the first floor, there is a comfortable staircase shared with our neighbours as well as the B&B’s internal staircase. There is no elevator.

Cleaning and linen change are done every 2 days, unless otherwise requested. There is an extra €10 charge for daily cleaning.

The tourist tax  €1.50 per person for each night from March 1 to October 31 which is not included and must be paid in cash (not applicable to children under the age of 12).

Booking cancellation: a 30% deposit must be paid upon confirmation of booking by bank transfer (except direct agreements or last-minute reservations) within 3 days after making the reservation, which is otherwise automatically cancelled. The balance must be paid no later than 7 days from the date of check-in.
